Every metal part and wire form is manufactured from CNC coilers and state-of-the-art rotary-slide, multi-slide, and fourslide forming machines. Maryland Precision Spring custom manufactures its constant force springs in strip widths of .187" to 2", in thicknesses of .003" to .031", and lengths of 12" to 60" in all standard end treatments.

Maryland Precision Spring offers no-charge engineering design assistance, prototyping, small lot runs and high volume production capabilities, as well as quick turnaround on quotes and delivery. Maryland Precision Spring has even created sub-assemblies from their manufactured springs and formed metal parts, along with outside-source parts, to save its customers both time and money.

Rolex Disk SpringsRolex Spring is a leading designer and manufacturer of precision disc springs. With manufacturing capabilities ranging from 1/4" to 40" (6mm to 1000mm) OD and using materials such as high carbon and stainless steels, Inconel® and beryllium copper, Rolex Spring maintains a stock inventory of over 10,000 disc spring sizes.

Through the use of custom applications, CAD and proprietary design analysis, Rolex Spring is able to maintain complete in-house manufacturing capabilities to ensure that products can be fine-tuned for individual applications.

Rolex Spring was also the first disc spring manufacturer to have quality systems certified to ISO requirements and first in the world to hold an ISO 9001 Quality System certification.
