Optimum Body Diameter (OBD) Hypercoils feature a unique design concept that adjusts the body diameter of the spring relative to the end coils. The OBD design enables Hyperco to take full advantage of its ultra high tensile material by optimizing the applied stress through adjustment of the spring's body diameter.

Hydraulic Spring Perches reduce the side loads produced by suspension springs that load the shock body. These bending loads increase friction and wear in your coil-over dampers, resulting in decreased performance. Hyperco/ICP Hydraulic Perches consist of an annular cylinder, sealed by O-rings, and filled with hydraulic fluid. Hyperco/ICP Hydraulic Spring Perches are utilized in all of the world's major racing categories.

Hyperco Composite Leaf Springs are significantly lighter than steel, retain their design arch and provide more side bite off the corners. Our Composite Coil Springs are lighter than titanium, can be designed to provide the same functional performance as steel and have a high strength-to-weight ratio compared to traditional metallic construction.
