MW Industries contributes to Ivy Tech Vision Campaign

Logansport, IN — MW Industries, Inc. (MWI) has pledged a $45,000 donation to Ivy Tech Community College (www.ivytech.edu). In recognition of this contribution, an industrial laboratory and student meeting space will be named in honor of MW Industries. MWI's commitment is part of Ivy Tech's three year Vision Campaign, which is aimed at expanding programs and increasing educational opportunities in the communities it serves.

Dan Sebastian, President and CEO of MWI, stated, "Our core company, Matthew Warren, has been in the Logansport area for over 80 years, and we take our responsibility as a good corporate citizen here very seriously. We see Ivy Tech playing an important role in providing us with the skilled and educated workers we will need in the future."

Ivy Tech Kokomo Region Chancellor Steve Daily, commented, "We are extremely grateful for the generous donation. It will allow us to further our mission of providing highly skilled employees to the area's workforce. We look forward to working with MW Industries as we both strive to make Logansport and Cass County even better."
