
Logansport, IN — MW Industries, Inc. (MWI) has acquired selective assets of HS Spring of Kentucky, LLC ("HS Spring"), a division of Hasco, LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
HS Spring, located in Louisville, KY, is focused on non-automotive customers. The business supplies precision mechanical springs for the retail and home improvement markets. They supply components that meet some of the most stringent quality standards in their markets.
Dan Sebastian, President and CEO of MWI, commented, "We are very pleased to be adding the products and services of HS Spring into the MWI family of companies.
