MW Industries utilizes both coiling and stamping processes to manufacture rings. Coiled rings can be produced from round or shaped wire. Our in-house wire shape rolling and ring grinding capabilities enable us to provide close tolerance rings while minimizing raw material lead time. Our proprietary shot peening process for light rings has improved the fatigue life of or rings many times over, enabling some of our customers to improve product life without costly re-design of their assembly. MW Industries offers ID and OD retaining rings in a variety of end configurations: Butterfly, Angle, Rounded, and Square. |
