ATLANTIC SPRING DIVISION GETS AS9100 CERTIFICATION

The Atlantic Spring Division of MW Industries has received AS9100 registration, and is now officially certified to both the ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 standards.
 
The AS9100 certification has been adopted as the quality standard in the aerospace industry, and builds on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Achieving this certification reflects the Atlantic Spring Division’s commitment to a higher level of performance in quality assurance across the product manufacturing and engineering functions.
 
Atlantic Spring Division’s leadership believes that the processes installed to achieve AS9100 certification will benefit not only its aerospace, but also its defense and industrial customers as well. In combination with the their ongoing efforts in Lean Manufacturing, Atlantic Spring’s commitment to the principles underlying AS9100 insure continued quality and efficiency gains, as well as cost control.
